Military M-5 Field Medical Bag/Backpack/l Used, surgical equipment. Bag is in very nice shape alittle fraying in a couple spots inside on pocket corners. But not bad or will it affect anything just telling you. Comes with everything you see not sure what era everthing is maybe mixed. Bag is older i believe vietnam maybe.
