In very nice condition and comes in the original case. This microscope was made in Jena Germany most likely in the early 1940′s. What can I say other than this is a beautiful “specimen”. The microscope by itself is very heavy, weighing in at almost 11 pounds. This is a quality microscope that would be a great addition to your collection. When I opened the door, there was a paper hanging inside with German writing, I put it in plastic to protect it as it was very brittle. Please see the pictures and decide if this is for you.
