This listing is for a vintage Emerson Resuscitator, Inhalator and Aspirator kit in the original medical case. As you would expect for something of this age, the original medical masks, straps, etc. Are either missing or dry rotten and falling apart (see pictures). The Emerson Resuscitator, patented in 1949, offered the dual function of resuscitator and aspirator; there are no dates on this, but it likely dates to the 1950′s. Judging by the case writing, it is potentially from from the Hagerstown, Maryland, (HFD) fire department. This would make for a lovely display piece for collectors of medical or fire department history.
