Fully adjustable back tilt via a foot pedal and telescoping neck rest. It includes a telescoping/adjustable drip pan and another accessory of which I dont know the use. Some paint loss and surface rust on a few of the chrome areas. The Koken mirror on the wall is not included. An amazing piece of medical history.
