Vintage-Medical-Labtron-Sphygmomanometer w/ Metal Case and Original Box. To this day, this is still the most accurate way to check a blood pressure (read the data). It blows my mind that this thing still works (see video). It deserves to be in a museum or in the hands of someone more deserving than me. Rare find with original box!

Vintage Kayden Automatic Injector from the 1950s found tucked away in the attic of a WWII vet, interesting fact… A rare find, haven’t been able to find anything similar except for museum pieces. Outside sleeve gives info on how to demonstrate the injector. Then there is a green flip-top box with pictures and instruction on the inside of the lid. Inside is a snap-front case holding the injector, along with an open box of Yale Regular Point Needles. Paperwork includes instructions with the heading Kayden Automatic Self Injector No. 55 and an offer for a subscription to the American Diabetes Assoc. Item is in very good vintage condition for collections and display (it is NOT SAFE TO USE, just CYA). The snap-front case holding the injector has some wear to the inside (some of the fuzzy lining has worn off). The needle box is open and only a few needles remain. The green Kayden box is in good shape. Outer sleeve has some wear. Please look over all the pictures before considering purchasing. Keep in mind that this is a VINTAGE item with age-related “characteristics” as mentioned and shown. If you have any questions, please ask. 1970′s VINTAGE ALUMINIUM MEDICAL EQUIPMENT STORAGE CASE BOX – UNICEF SURPLUS. SUPERB QUALITY RETRO STORAGE BOX – WOULD MAKE A GREAT LUNCHBOX OR VEHICLE / EXPEDITION CASE. For sale here are genuine vintage 1970′s UNICEF surplus pressed aluminium storage boxes, marked with UNICEF on the lid these are superb quality lightweight containers, I do not know the original intended purpose but they very much look like the kind of thing medical equipment would be transported in. The cases have a folding grab handle on the lid and close with a pair of hinged spring latches, there is no seal on these boxes so they cannot be submersed in water. Boxes measure up as being manufactured in inches which lends me to presume they were originally made in America, on the internal dimensions they measure up approximately 12″ x 8.5″ x 5.5, they weigh 1.25kg. CONDITION: I have two boxes left, both are in the same condition, each appears unused but there are some light marks to the exterior from their time in storage. The hinges to the spring clips show light surface rust and the hinges may be a little bent but they work fine. These are beautiful looking things, incredibly cool these have 101 potential uses, I always intended to use one as a lunchbox! Last two left in stock, DO NOT MISS YOUR CHANCE!
