This item does not include the handle that should be attached to the top. There are some scuffs and marks on the unit itself. There is electrical tape on the end of the drilling unit as the rubber boot at the attached part of the drill was very sticky. There is a little bit of grinding in the hand piece so I believe the bearings are on their way out. Both the A & B ports work well with the speed. The drill unit itself seems to cut out when the lever is pushed the whole way which I believe is a safety feature on it. The drill is an NSK Volvere GX 35M (Made in Japan). There are some dents and dings throughout this item as it has been well used. Therefore, please carefully review the photos to determine the quality and condition of this item for yourself.
