Rare Vintage German Erste Hilfe ADAC First Aid Box From The 60s. Vintage ADAC first aid kit box accessory for classic VW Bus, Beetle, Karmann Ghia, Type 3 and Porsche 356. The “Erste Hilfe ADAC Verbandkasten” (car first aid kit) tin box has nice patina, is in good condition for the its but obviously has age related marks etc. The vintage box still contains what looks to be the original first aid equipment The ADAC (Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil Club) is Germany’s largest automobile club, with more than 18 million members.
