This one is little Unique and interesting. Shows sign of wear from age and used. Rust on the bottom where tool expands in middle maybe could be clean off easy? No Maker name on both. Some of chrome rub off in spots. Low oxidation rub off some you can see in pictures. Great addition to any Collection of Oddities, Display, Art, Photography and for Movie making.
