We do not know the maker name. It has 12 drawers. Each drawer is designed to hold 100 slides. Drawer 5B is missing the aluminum slide inserts so it can’t hold slides. Drawer 6B is missing the insert on one side so it will only hold 50 slides. The unit stands 18 1/4 inches tall, 9 1/4 inches wide and 10 1/4 inches deep. It has a bottom pull out tray.
