The label on the inside of the lid is dated to 2/39, which I I understand indicates it dates from February 1939. The black painted metal trunk measures approximately 17.5″ x 7.5″ x 6.5 and bears the crest of George VI. Was established in the English royal household in 1378 to oversee the building and maintenance of the royal castles and residences. It was reconstituted as a government department in 1851 and became part of the Ministry of Works in 1940.

Great collection of old antique medical equipment. There are a number of different pieces in the lot, large collection of glass, there are a multitude of designs, and overall they have been very well preserved. A few of these do have small chip marks at either the end or the top, however most of them have been very well preserved. A couple of boxed items, with their unique glass molds internally, some great old designs. Overall these have been well preserved. One of the boxes -as- captured has some wear to it, and part of the box has been ripped as captured, throwing in for good measure. You will get all that is showcased, there are minor deficiencies with respect to condition, however the lot has been rather well preserved. Considering the age I would call this good to very good condition. Please view all photos, and again, you will get all that is showcased. These are all from Italy. This item is in the category “Antiques\Science & Medicine (Pre-1930)\Medicine\Other Medical Antiques”. The seller is “pastpeddler” and is located in this country: US.
