This vintage Boy Scouts of America First Aid Kit from 1940 is a complete set and includes everything a young Scout would need to provide first aid to their fellow troop members. The kit features supplies from Johnson & Johnson and is an excellent addition to any historical memorabilia collection. All original Johnson & Johnson first aid kit contents never used picture shows iodine bottle leaked and stained tin and cardboard box. I did not try to clean and kept all items in original form only to take out for pictures. The burn ointment and the digestive tablets taken out of boxes for picture purposes only. The first aid tape never used, the gauze packages never opened and all items are still sealed. The Johnson & Johnson fist aid booklet has no stains, rips, bent pages, slight discoloration from age. The 1940′s tin has scuff marks, the original latch works properly. The original tweezer is broken and missing part of the tweezer.
