Welcome to my lisitng for this old Sharman’s kymographic tubal insufflation apparatus made by Brandon Electrical Engineering. It is in “as found condition”. Comes with everything you see in the photos. A “Sharman’s kymographic tubal insufflation apparatus” is a medical device invented by Dr. Albert Sharman, used to assess the patency of fallopian tubes by introducing carbon dioxide into the uterus and observing the pressure changes on a kymograph, essentially a recording device that visually displays pressure fluctuations; it was a key tool in diagnosing female infertility before being largely replaced by hysterosalpingography which uses radiopaque dye for imaging purposes.

Primitive gorgeous Chicago apparatus Company weigh scale. Manufactured in Chicago on Ashland Ave near 100 years ago. Includes 3 round glass concave inserts, 4 metal round trays, a weight holder with some weights and more (see pictures). Number stamped on the bottom is 12B 145. No back glass on this item. Sliding pull up glass in front. The wood may have been refinished at one time. Pull out storage drawer in front. Cabinet measures aprox 16 1/4″ length x 8″ deep x 15 1/2 height.

Vintage Antique N 4 DD Home Medical Apparatus Box Electroshock (Quackery). In good preowned condition. The inside cover of the box has directions for use. Both the top cover and bottom open. The cover has a sticker or tape residue on the top. Wear on the wood around the hooks on the front of the box. The box is solid. Box is 8 3/4″ long 5 1/4″ deep 4 1/2 tall without handle. 1890 DJ MAHLER ELECTRICAL APPARATUS for removal of Warts Hair Moles & FACIAL Blemishes. A TRUE AND RARE EXAMPLE OF A QUACK MEDICAL DEVICE FROM the 1890′s. These Instruments were manufactured in the late 1800′s/ Mahler was treating patients using Galvanic Electrolysis. This particular apparatus was used to remove unwanted blemishes of all kinds. Interestingly the device has electrodes which could be dangerous if they touched and was duly noted in the instructions. MAHLER COMPANY of East Providence Rhode Island.
