It comes with the cord and some kind of cuff. The cuff is in bad shape. It does turn on but nothing happens. I’m unsure what exactly it’s supposed to do. The leather handle has fallen off at the top. It measures approximately 13.5″ x 12″ x 10. It weighs nearly 23 pounds. Please inspect photo(s) carefully. Pictures should be considered part of the description.
