Vintage Medic-Aire by Poloron Steam Vaporizer -Antique Medical Equipment. Tested it and it heats and steams. Not a strong flow of steam by today’s vaporizer standards but it works. Very cool piece of vintage medical equipment with all the working parts, even includes two of the capsules for mentholated rub or camphor. We’re throwing in a vintage jar or Vicks Vaporub to go with. The glass is in good condition as is the rest of it. There is a little lime scale build up on the vaporizing stem and a bit of what looks like rust on the plug. The cardboard that holds the capsules in ripped. Close up pictures are included please look closely. Vintage Anesthesia Machine Vaporizer. It is intended for inhalation anesthesia on any respiratory contour (open, half-open, half-closed) with both independent and artificial controlled breathing, for which you can use the ventilator, Ambu breathing bag, or fur. The device allows you to carry out anesthesia with nitrous oxide and ether, and when using a removable evaporator-ftorotan. The ftorotan evaporator is connected to the system of the device through the connector on the body of the unit.
