YOU ARE VIEWING A. VERY RARE VINTAGE 1920s HYDRAULIC MECHANICAL. RITTER DENTAL TATTOO BARBER CHAIR. This chair is in very good condition considering it is almost 100 years old. There are signs of wear, the most noticeable being two small tears in the bottom cushion which is pictured. It adjusts in several different ways, and every function is working perfectly. It is incredibly heavy, and must way close to 350 pounds and very difficult to move. It is rare to find these, let alone in such good condition. This one is priced to sell! Very large silicate Ndglass laser rod, 45 mm dia. X 680 mm length, new, vintage

Professional, very large silicate Nd:glass laser rod, 45 mm dia. X 680 mm length, flat – flat ends at cca. Vintage (mid 70), new, never used, in original box, opened, type GLS-1 laser glass rod, made in Russian Federation. The neodymium oxide Nd. Doping is about 2 % by mass or 1.9 x 10. Ion concentration for this laser glass From: B. Handbook of Solid-State Lasers: Materials, Systems, and Applications, Woodhead Publ. 121, Table 5.2. In perfect optical condition, no scratches or chips, pictured each end. Originally intended to be used as amplifier in a large R&D laser for plasma studies, but never used. As oscillator, expect to obtain 500 – 800 J in free running, 150 – 350 J in Q-switch, 50 – 100 J in mode-locking (ps pulses), appropriately pumped (4 x 20 kJ flash lamps, circular cylinder pumping chamber). Similar rods were used for scientific plasma mirror experiments. Good for scientific, industrial, educational laser experiments, or for laser history collectibles. Vintage Spectra Physics Laser very rare HeNe helium neon laser argon ion laser

As in the past, a contact at the univeristy was able to give us some insight to this item. It is a very old Spectra Physics laser, Model 061, Serial 325. He believes that it may be a very early prototype or model. There is an individual by the initials of B. That he has spoken to in the past, who collects old lasers like this. They are very valuable. The glass appears to be cracked on one spot. There is also a sticker that says Caution Beryllia Ceramic Hazardous When Powered And Inhaled If Broken, Wet Pieces And Seal in Plastic Bag.
