This lot contains antique and vintage medical and surgical instruments tools. The time period of manufacture is roughly 1993. The tools are from the categories of antiques, science, medicine, and surgical tools. These tools have been meticulously sourced and are ready for use or display. CERAMIC, STAINLESS STEEL, AND GLASS. I know that it is ceramic because of how it is chipping with age, some pieces are pyrex, one of the measuring utensils is plastic, none of it is broken or cracked, they look used but kept sterilized, and there are two trays under the canisters. Everything you would need to take care of a patient.

Chemist Sundries, Glassware, Surgical Dressings, Fancy Goods, Veterinary Appliances For sale we have a scarce illustrated catalogue, published in 1939, and with a price list for all sorts of medical appliances, surgical equipment and dressing, glassware and chemist sundries, produced by Ayrton, Saunders & Co of Liverpool, whose main building was on Hanover Street. Ayrton Saunders & Co were a wholesale and manufacturing chemists, who were founded in 1868 in premises on Hanover Street in Liverpool city centre. The firm expanded and took premises in Park Lane (Liverpool) and Prenton (Birkenhead) as well as a branch in the Potteries. In the end the firm had to contract and the branches were closed, as did the fine building on Hanover Street, which still stands today.
