Here is a vintage medical device called a Prostatic Short Wave Electrode. I assume that it was used for prostate stimulation and would have been attached to a power supply (not included). It comes in its box which measures about 10 1/2″ and the wand measures about 10″ plus cord. See photos for overall condition and ask any questions you may have.

1890 DJ MAHLER ELECTRICAL APPARATUS for removal of Warts Hair Moles & FACIAL Blemishes. A TRUE AND RARE EXAMPLE OF A QUACK MEDICAL DEVICE FROM the 1890′s. These Instruments were manufactured in the late 1800′s/ Mahler was treating patients using Galvanic Electrolysis. This particular apparatus was used to remove unwanted blemishes of all kinds. Interestingly the device has electrodes which could be dangerous if they touched and was duly noted in the instructions. MAHLER COMPANY of East Providence Rhode Island.
