Vintage SOMSO AS40 Female Torso with Head Art Anatomical Model. This model has some fire damage to the breast piece but is otherwise complete and a great hand painted model from Germany. This is a very expensive rare model that has been significantly discounted due to damage. Natural size, in SOMSO-Plast®. The thoracic and abdominal wall can be removed. Separates into 13 parts: eye, halves of the lungs (2), heart (2), liver, stomach, duodenum with small and large intestine, half of the kidney, internal genital organs with urinary bladder (2), torso. HUGE 34 Antique Vintage Female Anatomy Torso Anatomical Model Rare Medical

There is no markings on this item to indicate who it was made by, which makes me think it was not something that was mass produced. Not sure of a date either, but i’d estimate it to be 50s or 60s, definitely not a new one, and if you take a look at the ones they make now, you can tell its age. This item is not in perfect condition, but it is in really good condition for its age, and priced accordingly. Item shows some wear throughout, consistent with age. Only shows one area that appears to have an attempt at fixing a crack, shows some minor cracks and chips to the paint throughout. The head is missing one pin (currently has one) so it is not as sturdy as it could be, but thats an easy fix. This is a great item for any collector, and at this price, it will not last long so if it catches your eye, i’d jump on it! Large Life Size Female Anatomy Torso Model. Has a control that activates or lights up organs. It is missing a cable and I do not know if this works. This is a very large heavy model. Is made to be mounted on a base it will not stand on its own how it is. CAN’T FIND THE ANATOMICAL MODEL YOUR LOOKING FOR? I have many anatomical models for sale, not all are listed at any given time.
