Vintage Carl Zeiss Slit Lamp Biomicroscope and OptometristsTable, Steampunk, Ind

We’ve come across some unusual items, this has to be pretty far up the list. This Vintage Carl Zeiss Slit Light Microscope appears to be complete except I think it is missing the Gonioscope. I have no idea how it’s used but the light comes on as shown in the 7th photo. There is a wire running to a small white thing that swivels and it looks like maybe it’s a light of some kind but if it is it’s nor working, or I don’t know how to work it. I assume the lenses need cleaned as the thing has been sitting for some time. I’m sure it could be restored for use or repurposed into something else. The table seems to be working as it should. Great looking old item.

RARE Vtg Original LUXO MAGNIFIER LAMP Fluorescent with Base Retro Magnify Watch

For Sale: Used RARE Vintage Original LUXO MAGNIFIER LAMP Fluorescent w/ Base! In OK used physical condition. Scratches, scuffs, marks from well use/wear. Tested/works – from a cold start, the lamp doesn’t immediately turn ON. I end up having to press the on/off button a few times for the lamp to ignite and turn ON. I’m not sure if it is because of the age of the fluorescent bulb or the internal lamp ballast, etc. Please refer to pictures for reference. Sharpie Marker shown for scale purposes. Vintage Carl Zeiss Slit Lamp F=125/12.5x

Vintage Carl Zeiss SL30 (Model not listed, but was advised it is an SL30) Slit Lamp, – Clear Optics, Appears to be Fully functional. Up for sale is a Carl Zeiss Slit Lamp featuring the f=125 binoculars, an f 100 lens, and 12.5x Eye Pieces! This slit lamp is paired with a Zeiss 50W light source which has been tested and performs perfectly. In addition to a light source, our Zeiss Slit Lamp features clear optics and very minor signs of use! This unit also sits on top of a Optical Associates stand which is in rough cosmetic condition, as shown in the photos, but still rolls and holds the slit lamp perfectly. As shown in the photos, we will also include the Haag-Sreit Bern tonometer, but we are unable to reattach this piece as the mounting bracket is missing. Wilmot Castle Model 52 Portable Lighting Unit w/ Explosion-Proof Operating Light. (8) Caster wheels for portability. Heavy-weight base for stability (24 diameter). Adjustable Height Pole (61″-86″). This lighting unit is in good working condition, and is mechanically sound. This is a used item of considerable vintage, and it shows wear. The base is heavily scuffed, and the unit exhibits scratches, dents and oxidation in various places throughout. There is an area on the top of the spring mechanism case that has broken off. Aside from some cosmetic flaws, this is a terrific lighting unit. The dish is rather nice considering the age. It rolls well, the arm articulations work well with proper tension, and the unit is very stable. The pole height adjusts with assisted force just as it should. This particular Wilmot Castle Model 52 features the stabilized base, which makes it virtually impossible to tip over unintentionally. The base likely weighs over 100 lbs. And it is 2-feet in diameter. This is a huge improvement over the 4-legged version. The weight of the lighting unit alone is 150 lbs. (most of the weight exists in the base). Vintage Floating Wall Light Exam Lamp Castle Brass Silver Fixture FLYING SAUCER

Excellent Floating Vintage Exam Light Lamp approx 4 ft arm reach made by Wilmot Castle 5B model, overall excellent condition, has the silver face fixture, cast iron wall mount (need reducer see photo no biggie, use fence piece from hardware store), overall mostly enamel over brass Works looks great see photos. Has plenty of moves. Finger touch moves with ease. Over 4 foot reach, a large 13 glass fixture. Wiring checked good, as always vintage wiring should be updated as needed. Again excellent condition, the. Plugs into any wall outlet 110-120v. Solid smooth operation swings floats works great,, looks super cool lit up, flying saucer, see photos.
