This Vintage and Rare 1950′s Medical Supply Company First Aid Kit measures 9.5 inches in width and 2.5 inches in height. It is about 5 pounds and has 24 origional boxes inside, of which 20 are sealed. Once box is sealed but damaged from product leakage. Only one Item out of one box has been used. This item is in VERY good condition for it’s age, with some normal wear from storage. Both clasps to hold the lid on are attached. First aid directions are on the interior lid, but the products inside are not to be used for first aid, as they are expired and out of date. This will make a fantasic display or medical collectors item! Great for Cosplay as well! This was in an office/shop with Cattlemen and is dusty and such and has a patina. I will not be cleaning it, and if you would like to, that is your business.

This vintage Boy Scouts of America First Aid Kit from 1940 is a complete set and includes everything a young Scout would need to provide first aid to their fellow troop members. The kit features supplies from Johnson & Johnson and is an excellent addition to any historical memorabilia collection. All original Johnson & Johnson first aid kit contents never used picture shows iodine bottle leaked and stained tin and cardboard box. I did not try to clean and kept all items in original form only to take out for pictures. The burn ointment and the digestive tablets taken out of boxes for picture purposes only. The first aid tape never used, the gauze packages never opened and all items are still sealed. The Johnson & Johnson fist aid booklet has no stains, rips, bent pages, slight discoloration from age. The 1940′s tin has scuff marks, the original latch works properly. The original tweezer is broken and missing part of the tweezer. Please review this extra rare and hard to find complete Boys Scouts of America first aid tin with complete kit. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing this vintage collectible. The Johnson & Johnson first aid book is dated 1940. The kit is perfect for collectors or anyone interested in the Boy Scouts of America. It represents a time when first aid training was an essential part of the Scouting experience. This unique piece of history is sure to impress and make a great conversation starter.
