30 vintage Betz, Germany, medical surgical instruments/plus sterilizing pan/tray

This is a vintage lot of over 30 medical, surgical instruments. Some are marked BET Z, Germany others are unmarked. This lot comes with a BET Z sterilizing pan and removable tray. See photos also included our seven catgut suture sealed tubes. The lot weighs over 8 pounds. The tools are in good to very good condition, some needed a bit of cleaning. I have no idea what the instruments are for. Please see photos for reference. I have obtained these from an estate sale over 20 years ago. They have been stored ever since. The Betz sterilizer pan with lid measures 16 x 7 wide by 3 1/ 2 inches high.

Vintage SURGICAL FINGER AMPUTATION Tool & Assorted MEDICAL INSTRUMENTS

Some were quite old and others were 20th century. Since Johns Hopkins was THE major hospital through the centuries, there were quite a few rare medical instruments to find. First is a Very Rare Aesculap Surgical Digit cutter. It is missing a screw but can be fixed easily… You can see the open hole, but it is in good condition otherwise. It is 15 in length and weighty. The other instruments are a glass fermentation tube with glass foot in good condition, Forcep a little rust, Metal Syringe tough to open, nasal dilator, surgical sponge tweezers and a pump aerator that sits in a jar which I do not have.

Vintage Medical Surgical Brown-Buerger Cystoscope, Nice Wood Case, Set Oddities

I have for sale this Brown-Buerger Cystoscope in a really nice wood box. I have pictured everything in the box and that’s what you will receive. The scratches on the outside off box should clean up with a little steel wool and varnish. The inside of box looks great, has a sliding lid over a area for some of the smaller pieces.
