Opthalmoscope is marked Wappler Electric Co, New York with a patent date of Dec 12, 1916. The Pilling case (fair) is in better shape with the case intact at the hinge. The light on the glasses is marked Pilling Philadelphia. You get both cases and ALL the equipment pictured.
